The Question Bank is a centralized place where all your questions are created, stored, and managed.
Instead of creating the same question multiple times for different games, the Question Bank allows you to build questions once and reuse them across multiple treasure hunts and experiences.
How the Question Bank Works
Every time you create a question—whether from a game point or directly from the Question Bank—it is saved in the Question Bank.
From there, you can:
View all questions in a single dashboard
Edit questions at any time
Reuse questions in new treasure hunts
Link questions for branching logic
Any updates you make to a question are reflected everywhere that question is used, helping you keep your content consistent and up to date.
Where Can I Find the Question Bank?
There are two ways to access and create questions in the Question Bank:
1. Question Bank Tool
Go to the left side menu of the Locatify Builder.
Under “Resources & Tools”, click “Question Bank”.
Click “New Question” to create a question.
2. From a Treasure Hunt Game
Create a point and navigate to the “Challenges” tab.
Click “Add a challenge” → “Question” → “New Question”.
Quickly Locate Your Questions
The Question Bank makes it easy to find and manage your content, even as your library grows.
You can quickly locate questions by using:
Search bar – find questions by title or keywords
Categories – group and filter questions by topic or use case
Language filter – search questions by language
Question type filter – filter by multiple-choice answers or written answers
Tag cloud – click on tags to explore related questions
These tools help you stay organized and quickly reuse the right questions for your games.
Why Use the Question Bank?
The Question Bank helps you:
Save time by avoiding duplicate work
Keep your content organized
Build more complex game logic with linked questions
Scale your games without increasing complexity
It’s especially useful when creating multi-layered treasure hunts, quizzes, or story-driven experiences.
