How do I reset my password?

Forgotten/lost password

From the Builder CMS login page > press “Forgot password?” > enter your username or email.

Alternatively, you can follow this link to go straight to the Recover password page.

Once you've filled out your email address, you will receive an email with a link to reset your password. Once you have entered a new password, you will be able to log in again.

Please note: this process is not applicable for accounts that have been created using Facebook or Google social accounts.

Update an old password

From the Builder CMS dashboard > Account Settings > Account > New Password. Enter your new password, confirm the new password and then press “Submit”.
