What happens to my Locatify Builder CMS account when my subscription expires or downgrades to a free account?

When your subscription ends, your account will automatically switch to a free plan.

What Happens to Your Content?

• Saved Projects: Your projects and content will remain stored in your CMS account. You can continue creating and testing projects with up to two players, but premium features will no longer be accessible.
• Premium Templates: If your project uses premium templates or any other premium feature and to guarantee you can reopen the content exactly as you left it, we recommend exporting your content. When you're ready to reactivate your subscription, you can reupload it. To export a project:
  1. Go to "All Projects" in the CMS main menu.
  2. Click on the 3 dots "Copy" and then "Export". Export the ZIP file containing your project's content (questions, point descriptions, and media) and save this file in your computer.

Exporting Scoreboard and Media

You can also export the scoreboard and media directly from the game control panel by using the export button. To do so, inside your project, click on "Game control" then "Scoreboard" then "Export".
