Templates determine how content is presented within the app. The Locatify Builder includes various built-in templates you can use and manage as-is — but if you have a specific look in mind, you have two options: create your own custom template using HTML5 and CSS, or have Locatify build one for you.

Below are examples of our available CMS templates, alongside custom templates we've built for clients.
1. Tour/Game Info Template (Download Page)
Includes:
- Title, description, subtitle
- Image or image carousel
- Install/start tour or game button
- "Play intro audio" button
- Language selection button
- Tour location (map)
2. Point Content Template (Tour)
Used for customizing the content triggered at a point within a tour.
The default template includes:
- Text title and description
- Photo image
- Audio file
Other available templates:
- Blank HTML page
- Embed Spotify content
- Embed YouTube video
- Shop opening hours
- Image carousel
- Art piece in a gallery
3.1.4 Challenge Found Template (Game)
Used for customizing what's shown in a game before a challenge is played. The point is triggered either by location, or by the user tapping the point/station on the map.
The default template includes:
- Text title and description
- Photo image
- Audio or video file
3.1.2 About the App Page Template
Used to describe the purpose of the app. This page is required for apps published to the App Stores.
Common information includes:
- Info to help the user
- Credit to Locatify or other contributors
- Copyright info
- Privacy policy
3.1.5 Info Point Template (Services or Points of Interest)
Information for local points of interest or services, such as food or accommodation. Only applicable for Menu and Tiles template apps.
Info points can be shown in a list with categories, or on a map — and can optionally be used as additional info points inside a tour or game.
