Refund policy for the Locatify Builder, TurfHunt & Locatify SmartGuide customers
* This refund policy does not include Locatify white-label branded app customers. For information regarding branded apps, contact us.
* SaaS (software as a service) apps and other digital products are not legally required to have a refund or return policy in place. Locatify offers this refund policy solely as a sign of good faith.
Locatify offers a 14-day 100% money-back guarantee to let users fully evaluate the platform, given that they have not used the platform to publish a project in that time period.
At any time during 14 days, a customer can cancel their account and receive a full refund by filling out this form, given they have not published a project in that time period. Using the Test on Device feature does not count as a published project.
Within this period, we encourage users to reach out with any questions or concerns regarding the Locatify Builder and the Locatify apps’ functionality, settings, as well as the billing procedure of our services in order to establish the following:
- The Locatify Builder displays and works correctly on the user's browser;
- The apps used (Locatify SmartGuide or TurfHunt) display and work correctly on the user’s mobile device;
- The customer understands the way the service works and Locatify's billing procedure;
- The customer understands that subscriptions are recurring and will be automatically renewed at the end of each billing period, unless the subscription is canceled in the account settings prior to the renewal date: How to cancel my subscription – Locatify
By continuing to use the service following the end of the 14-day period customers confirm the following:
- They understand the billing model;
- They agree with the billing model and accept the terms of use;
- They are generally satisfied with all the aspects of the service and consent to keep using it under the terms of use.
Getting a refund after the 14-day period
After the 14-day period is over, refunds are offered under the following circumstances:
- Сustomer’s use-case is no longer supported due to the changes on the side of the Locatify Builder or Locatify apps;
- Сustomer is experiencing an issue or bug with the Locatify Builder or Locatify apps that cannot be fixed by our developers in less than three weeks.
Refunds for the following reasons are not offered after the 14-day period:
- The customer didn’t cancel the subscription before it was renewed – the customer is solely responsible for canceling their recurring subscription. Locatify bears no obligations whatsoever to any partial or full refunds because the customer didn't cancel their subscription in a timely matter;
- The customer has changed their mind about using Locatify's services for reasons unrelated to the Locatify Builder or Locatify apps’ performance midway through the paid period and canceled their subscription.
With all other reasons, no refunds are offered after the 14-day period as a matter of policy.
