Your subscription includes a set number of monthly players. This is a shared pool — it's not allocated per game, but across every game you have set up in the app.
Default behavior
When you create a new game, its "Maximum Number of Players" field defaults to your full subscription limit. This doesn't mean each game gets its own separate allowance — it means the field is pre-filled with the total pool size as a starting point.
What happens with multiple games
If you have more than one game in the app, the games draw from the same pool. For example:
- Your subscription includes 300 monthly players.
- Game A is set to 300 (the full pool).
- If you then set Game B to 100, Game A's available players effectively drops to 200 — because 100 are now reserved for Game B.
In other words, the number you set for one game directly determines how much capacity is left for the other.
Why this matters
If you're running multiple games at once and don't adjust each game's limit intentionally, one game can end up consuming most or all of the shared pool — leaving little or no room for the others.
What to do about it
- Decide how you want to split your player pool across games before setting limits.
- Treat the numbers like a budget: the total across all games' "Max Players" settings shouldn't exceed your subscription total.
- If you need more total capacity, contact us / see upgrade options rather than over-allocating a shared pool.
