We previously had a feature that displayed the player’s position on the scoreboard and facilitator page. However, due to privacy concerns and regulatory restrictions, we removed this feature. While it can be enabled for branded apps, it requires careful handling of privacy measures, including compliance with Google, Apple, and regional laws. As most users are opposed to location tracking, none of our customers have chosen to use it.
In line with EU Privacy Policy regulations, we no longer track players' locations in real-time. We only retain location data when a player finds a treasure, and we track the time and location at that point.
